This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions, process, and timelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds on purchases made at jb.market.

By completing a purchase on jb.market, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

1. Return Eligibility Window

JB Market accepts returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

       The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.

       The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components.

       The item must not have been installed, assembled, or modified.

       Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) must be provided.

Returns initiated after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturer defects or items damaged in transit (see Section 5).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

       Items that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.

       Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or components.

       Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product listing page.

       Products with removed, altered, or tampered serial numbers or UPC labels.

       Gift cards or store credits.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1 — Contact Customer Service

Send an email to info@jb.market with the subject line "Return Request — Order #[Your Order Number]." Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days.

Step 2 — Receive Return Authorization

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, JB Market will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide detailed return shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Step 3 — Package and Ship Your Return

Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with all accessories and components. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the return to the address provided in the return instructions using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a JB Market error or a defective product (see Section 5).

Step 4 — Return Confirmation

Once your return is received and inspected, JB Market will send you a confirmation email. If the return meets all eligibility criteria, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. JB Market does not issue refunds in the form of cash or checks.

4.2 Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow an additional 3 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the credit on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

4.3 Partial Refunds

JB Market reserves the right to issue a partial refund in the following situations:

       Items returned with missing accessories, components, or packaging.

       Items that show signs of use or minor damage not caused by shipping.

       Items returned after the 30-day window under exceptional circumstances approved by our team.

4.4 Original Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a JB Market error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a confirmed product defect.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

JB Market takes full responsibility for orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive an item that falls into any of these categories, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@jb.market with:

       Your order number.

       A clear description of the issue.

       Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item and the outer packaging.

Upon verification, JB Market will, at our discretion:

       Ship a replacement item at no additional cost to the customer, or

       Issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

In cases of damaged or defective items, JB Market will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The customer is not responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.

6. Exchanges

JB Market currently does not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original item following the process outlined in Section 3, and place a new order for the desired product on jb.market.

If you received a defective or incorrect item and would prefer a replacement of the same product, please indicate this in your return request email and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without penalty if the request is submitted before the order has been fulfilled and shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@jb.market with your order number.

If your order has already been shipped at the time of the cancellation request, the standard return process must be followed upon receipt of the item. Refunds for cancelled-but-shipped orders will be issued once the item is returned and inspected.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise specified, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. JB Market is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Return shipping costs are covered by JB Market only in the following cases:

       The item received was defective upon arrival.

       The item received was incorrect (different from what was ordered).

       The item was damaged during shipment to the customer.

9. Warranty

Products sold by JB Market may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product. If you experience a product issue that falls under manufacturer warranty after the 30-day return window, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for warranty service.

JB Market does not provide independent warranties beyond what is offered by the manufacturer, except as required by applicable law.
