Shipping Policy

JB Market is committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, timelines, costs, and procedures. By placing an order on jb.market, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Shipping Destinations

JB Market currently ships to all 50 states within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped to a valid U.S. address.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders require a physical street address for delivery.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or promotional events), processing times may be extended by 1 to 2 additional business days. Customers will be notified via email if their order is subject to a delay.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

JB Market partners with major U.S. carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery. Available shipping methods are presented at checkout based on your location and order contents:

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 5 to 7 business days after shipment. Available on all eligible orders. Free on orders over $49.

Expedited Shipping

Estimated delivery: 2 to 3 business days after shipment. Additional fees apply. Available on eligible products.

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery: 1 to 2 business days after shipment. Available on select products and locations. Additional fees apply.

Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and represent business days, not calendar days. JB Market does not guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control, including weather events, high shipping volumes, or carrier disruptions.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, destination, and order weight. JB Market offers free standard shipping on all orders over $49.00 (after any discounts or promotions are applied).

Orders below $49.00 are subject to a standard shipping fee, which will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been handed off to the carrier.

You may also track your order at any time by logging into your JB Market account and visiting your order history, or by contacting our customer service team at info@jb.market.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@jb.market with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. JB Market will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any secure delivery locations. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 5 business days at info@jb.market. We will open a carrier investigation and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

JB Market is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address entered is accurate and complete.

7. Address Errors and Order Modifications

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you need to modify your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@jb.market. We can accommodate address changes only if the order has not yet been fulfilled.

JB Market is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

8. Large or Heavy Items

Certain large or heavy products, such as refrigerators or air conditioners, may require freight shipping or white-glove delivery service. Applicable items will be clearly identified on the product page, and shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines for freight items may differ from standard shipping timelines.
