Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 4 to 21 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!
